Pradhan Unveils Slew of Projects, Bats for Development of Edu Infrastructure

UNION Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Friday unveiled a slew of projects including temporary campuses of two Kendriya Vidyalayas and laid foundation stones for their permanent buildings at Talcher and Kamakhyanagar.

Addressing a public meeting at Talcher college ground, he said the new KV at Talcher would boost education in the industrial belt. Though Talcher is economically advanced due to industries and coal mining, it still lacks education infrastructure, compared to urban centres like Athamallik and Kamakhyanagar. The new institution will help build the education infrastructure.
