DLF Re-enters Mumbai Real Estate Market With Premium Housing Project

DLF, country's most valued and the largest real estate developer, has re-entered the costly realty market Mumbai with a 415-units premium project coming up on a 10-2 acre plot at an investment of ₹900 crore.
In the first phase, there will be four 44-storey towers and the project is being developed with Trident Realty in a 51:49 joint venture.
Named The Westpark, the first phase of its debut project in Mumbai is coming up in the tony Oshiwara, Andheri (West) area and will command ₹4.5 to ₹8 crore per unit depending on the carpet area that varies from 1,120-1,525 sq.ft. Aakash Ohri, joint managing director and chief business officer of DLF, told reporters here Thursday.
