KPCC President and Deputy CM DK Shivakumar said the outcome of Assembly polls in 2028 will depend on Guarantee Committees.
"State government has allocated one lakh crore to the poor which is 25 per of the state budget. Of this Rs 50,000 crore spent for Guarantee Schemes. The Guarantee Committees have to take this to the people and the election outcome depends on their work," he said.
