Youth stages fake ₹40L robbery to deceive father-in-law, arrested

THE Medical College police have foiled a fake robbery attempt, orchestrated by a youth who tried to swindle ₹40 lakh from his father-in-law, at Poovattuparamba, Kozhikode.
The robbery plot was planned by Rahees P M, 35, a resident of Anakkuzhikara, who hired a quotation gang for ₹90,000 to execute the 'heist'.
