Aakash Sues EY Over Conflict of Interest

AAKASH Educational Services (AESL) has sent a legal notice to Ernst & Young LLP (EY) accusing it of acting in conflict of interest in the ongoing corporate governance dispute involving Byju's.
In a letter dated May 17, 2025, AESL's legal team accused EY of acting in a dual capacity—advising both Byju's and entities connected to AESL.
