Private company bags Army contract to supply indigenous drones

A private Indian company, IG Drones, has bagged a "significant contract" from the Indian Army, for supplying VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) and FPV (First-Person View) drones, indigenously manufactured and without Chinese components.
Company sources said the deal was finalised in January second week and the delivery has to be completed in a month. Induction of drones with Chinese components is not allowed for security reasons.
