POLICE have arrested a woman for allegedly murdering her husband who attempted to rape their daughter at Umarani near Chikkodi on Wednesday night.

After murdering him, she chopped his body into pieces and buried them in a field, according to sources. The deceased has been identified as Srimant Itnal and his wife as Savithri.
