PRINCIPAL Secretary of the Department of Industries, of State government, N Yuvaraj, urged stronger industry-government partnerships to help AP emerge as a global leader.
He addressed industrialists on Saturday at a meeting focused on ease of doing business, held at a private hotel in Tirupati.
Yuvaraj said India's global potential requires simplified, trust-based policies and seamless online services. He added, "These reforms are critical for the nation to achieve double-digit growth." He noted that although the Ease of Doing Business concept gained traction during the 1991-92 economic reforms, AP must now aim for global benchmarks to compete with Singapore and European nations.
