US trade officials conclude 3-day visit

A high-level delegation from the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR), led by Deputy US Trade Representative Ambassador Rick Switzer, concluded a three-day visit to India on Thursday.
The visit, held from December 9-11, marks Ambassador Switzer’s first trip to India since taking office.During the visit, Ambassador Switzer held discussions with Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal, Commerce Secretary Rajesh Agrawal, and other senior government officials. The meetings focused on strengthening the India-US trade and economic partnership at a time when both countries are seeking to deepen strategic and commercial ties.
