SC: Expedite Imam's bail plea hearing

THE SC on Friday refused to entertain the bail plea of Delhi riots accused and former JNU student Sharjeel Imam in a terror case but directed the Delhi High Court to hear it expeditiously.

A two-judge bench of the apex court said it was not inclined to entertain the plea, which sought bail under Article 32 of the Constitution.
