Ramco positive on capital expenditure, debt ratio

SOUTH-based cement manufacturer Ramco Cements Limited has estimated capital expenditure of ₹1,700 crore for the upcoming 2024-25 financial year (FY25) after nearly doubling its capex in the current fiscal.

It has set its capex for the current year to ₹2,000 crore, revised twice from ₹900 crore guidance. For the December 2023 quarter, the company spent ₹385 crore.
