PK VOLTE-FACE ON CONTESTING POLLS, TO WORK FOR PARTY

LEADER of Opposition in Bihar assembly Tejashwi Prasad Yadav on Wednesday filed his nomination papers from Raghopur assembly constituency in Vaishali district, seeking his re-election for the third consecutive term.

Jan Suraaj Party (JSP) founder Prashant Kishor, who had earlier said that he would contest election from Raghopur against Tejashwi, however, took a U-turn and clarified that he would not fight election from anywhere and work for the organisation. "A decision that I should not contest election is in the larger interest of the party," he told the media.
