Naidu allocates portfolios to mins

CHIEF Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Friday allocated the portfolios to his Cabinet colleagues. As anticipated, Jana Sena Party (JSP) Pawan Kalyan was given the Deputy Chief Minister post along with important Ministries including Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (PR&RD), Rural Water Supply, Environment, Forest, Science and Technology.

Similarly, Nara Lokesh got Human Resource Development, IT, Electronics and Communication and Real Time Governance. During his previous tenure, Lokesh served IT, Electronics and Communication along with PR&RD.

Though senior leader Payyavula Keshav as expected was allocated the Finance, Planning, Commercial Taxes and Legislative Affairs, Naidu sprang a surprise by giving the Home portfolio to Vengalapudi Anitha.
