Lower dependence on exports cushions us from external spillovers: RBI Guv

WITH the advanced economies facing headwinds amidst the deteriorating global economic outlook, India continues to offer strong growth and stability, RBI governor Sanjay Malhotra has said.
He urged American industry to invest in the world's fastest growing large economy that with strong domestic demand and relatively lower dependence on exports is almost insulated from external spillovers.
