India Hits 50% Non-Fossil Fuel Power Capacity

INDIA has achieved 50% non-fossil fuel-based power generation capacity at 242.78 GW, out of 484.82 GW installed capacity—five years ahead of its 2030 target, Minister for New and Renewable Energy, Pralhad Joshi, said on Monday.
