Cracks in INDIA bloc as Cong, SP announce candidates for Budhni

CRACKS are out in the open in INDIA bloc in BJP-ruled Madhya Pradesh. Surprising its ally Congress surprised, the SP has named its candidate for the Budhni assembly bypoll.
Budhni seat, considered a citadel of ex-CM and present union agriculture minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, is among the two assembly seats in MP where by-polls will be held.
While the BJP named Chouhan's loyalist former Vidisha MP Ramakant Bhargava, the Congress declared the candidature of ex-MP minister Rajkumar Patel. The SP has fielded ex-Congress state secretary Arjun Arya, making the contest triangular.
