“While we were conceptualising the space, we were sure of doing something more thoughtful than a regular restaurant—something that remains fresh for a long period of time and gives guests an element of surprise and a topic to stir conversations,” says Bajaj. Rotating exhibitions keep the space constantly renewed, so that every visit feels like a reveal rather than a rerun. Collaborations so far have spanned photographs and carpets through Studio Kishangarh, The Carpet Cellar, and more. Talks and events push it beyond the “art restaurant” label, making it a space that is as participative as it is aesthetic.
