Three men deny murder of 23-year-old

THREE men have denied murdering a 23-year-old who died in a collision at a petrol station.

Daniel Ambler, 23, lost his life in an incident at Seaham’s Asda Express petrol station on Stockton Road on Thursday, January 15.

Barry Anderson Snr, 51, of Canon Cockin Street, Hendon, Sunderland; Barry Logan Anderson, 18, of Nursery View, Shotton Bank; and Ashton Anderson, 20, of Ryton Street, Seaham; appeared at Teesside Crown Court yesterday (Tues) where they denied murder.
