> Skate Island will open in Newcastle in April

Skate Island is opening in Newcastle this spring and, as well as being home to a giant roller rink, the complex will also have its own food and drink village.

Skate Island will be open for eight weeks from April 2 at Newcastle Racecourse. It will open every Thursday to Sunday and will include a number of family friendly sessions, as well as retro film nights.
