RESIDENTS who live near a Newcastle school say new parking permit proposals will do nothing to stop “inconsiderate” parking during the school run.

Residents say that this has led to parking on dropped kerbs and blocking access to driveways, and resident Jane Cross says that the issue has been going on for years.
