Dickens disappointed with Red Bulls errors

Alex Hearle of Newcastle Red Bulls scores his side's third try during defeat at Exeter

The Red Bulls fell to a 38-15 defeat to a Chiefs side who sit in second place.

Dickens replaced Steve Diamond last week as the club made its first major backroom changes after being taken over by the international drinks giant.

He said: “It is a role I have probably been doing over the last year or so, but the club and rugby in the north is indebted to Steve for what he has done over the last 18 to 20 months.

“I am disappointed with today. George McGuigan (captain) spoke to the players at the end about the frustration that we let them in through our errors.
