'Business as usual' for the players, insists Howe

NEWCASTLE United head coach Eddie Howe wants no excuses from his players in the final two games of the club's Far East tour.

The Magpies face a K-League XI at the Suwon World Cup Stadium tomorrow (noon UK) and then Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday evening at the Seoul World Cup Stadium.

Despite the distractions of the Alexander Isak transfer saga, Howe told The Journal here in the Far East: “We're very much just getting on with things - it is business as usual for the players.

“You don’t get a chance when you come on these tours than thinking about anything other than training and the next game.
