A “DISGUSTED” Netherton resident has hit out at “unnecessary” work on their road - but the council says there will be long-term benefits.
Last month, council works kicked off at Crescent Road in Netherton in a bid to replace damaged kerbs and improve footways and drainage. The works span 10 weeks with residents left questioning why they are needed to this extent.
