Trains are cancelled as storm hits region

ALL trains from London to Devon and Cornwall were cancelled yesterday as Storm Bert brought flooding to the region.
-
All GWR services between Paddington and Penzance - including to and from Plymouth - were stopped yesterday, with no replacement buses or any other form of transport available - and people advised not to even attempt to travel.
As the South West was hit with flooding in numerous locations, Network Rail opted to close the track from Reading to Plymouth.
