Police issue warning over cannabis use

POLICE have issued advice about the rules around using cannabis in your home, and what you should do if you suspect a neighbour.

Police and councils have given information on what action you should take if you think your neighbour is smoking - or growing - cannabis.
The National Landlords Association also hands out its own advice for owners who think renters may be breaking the rules.
A police spokesman said: "Cannabis, marijuana or weed is classified as a Class B drug, putting it in the same category as ketamine and amphetamine.
