CLEVERLEY WANTS YOUNG STRIKER IN FIRST TEAM SQUAD

- By CHRIS ERRINGTON

JOE Hatch is back in the first team picture at Plymouth Argyle after being recalled from his loan to Southern League Premier South side Taunton Town, head coach Tom Cleverley has confirmed.

Hatch's time at Taunton was not ended so the 19-year-old attacking player could be sent somewhere else on loan. It was with a view to using him over the next few weeks.

That could start today with Hatch included in the Pilgrims' travelling party for the away League One game against Huddersfield Town.

The Argyle academy graduate (pictured) has already played five games at first team level this season, including starts in the Carabao Cup matches against Queens Park Rangers and Swansea City, as well as the Vertu Trophy tie with Tottenham Hotspur U21s.
