Met Office issues wind warning after rains bring flooding

The Met Office has issued a warning for strong winds tomorrow as parts of the country were still recovering from heavy rain and flooding yesterday.
Rail services were disrupted in England and Wales and caused the M5 to be closed in both directions in Gloucestershire. About 385 properties were flooded in Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Kent and elsewhere in the home counties, the Environment Agency said.
The Met Office has now issued a yellow weather warning for strong winds, which may cause disruption across south-west England and Wales tomorrow. Gusts of up to 55mph are likely in places, with wind speeds exceeding 60mph in the most exposed areas.
