DC Budgam holds review of preparations for Eid-ul-Adha

Deputy Commissioner (DC) Budgam, Akshay Labroo along with SSP Budgam, Nikhil Borkar, thursday convened a meeting of officers at the conference hall here to review arrangements put in place for the ensuing festival of Eid-ul-Adha.

During the meeting, DC directed officers of Jal Shakti and KPDCL to ensure smooth supply of water and electricity across the district. He also directed the Jal Shakti department to press water tankers in required areas and ensure no shortage of water at any place. Officers from Sheep Husbandry informed the chair that adequate numbers of sacrificial animals are available in the district while maintaining quality.
