Staff and residents at Randale House, Middlesbrough, celebrate their CQC ‘good’ rating
STAFF and residents at a specialised Middlesbrough care home are celebrating being rated ‘good’ in all areas.
After a recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission, Ransdale House was given the thumbs up - an impressive achievement after being told in 2023 that it ‘required improvement.’
The residential home, run by Achieve Together, provides 24-hour support to five adults with profound hearing loss.
Residents might also have additional complex needs, including learning and physical disabilities, mental ill-health or challenging behaviour.
