Jimmy tips 'brilliant' club for success

JIMMY Floyd Hasselbaink admits he's seeing good signs from Middlesbrough in the Championship promotion race - and feels if they can emulate what they've shown in their last two games, they will return to the Premier League.

After winning four from four before the first international break of the season, Boro have returned to action with a draw away at Preston North End, before then following that up with a win at the Riverside over West Brom.

Rob Edwards used the word ‘resilience’ after the West Brom win, and it’s a sentiment that former Riverside favourite Hasselbaink agrees with.

In his latest Betway blog, the former Boro striker said: “If he can keep this kind of consistency then yes, | hope so [win promotion].
