Frank words of advice for new boss

FRANK Lampard offered Kim Hellberg some valuable advice, with the Coventry City boss able to relate to the situation the new Middlesbrough boss finds himself in.

Hellberg takes over at Boro 17 games into the season, and just ahead of a busy winter period.

There's a solid platform with Boro currently joint-second as he takes over, but he'll have limited time on the training pitches to instil his playing style on his new players.

He witnessed first hand the things he'll need to fix or improve on in Boro's last two games as they drew with Oxford United on Saturday, before defeat to Lampard's Coventry City.

Having taken over at both Coventry and Everton in the middle of a campaign, the Chelsea and England legend was asked of his experiences in doing so, and what advice he'd offer Hellberg.
