The National Nutrition Council (NNC) Region VII, in collaboration with the Municipal Government of Minglanilla and the Provincial Government of Cebu, officially launched the Tutok Kainan Dietary Supplementation Program (TK DSP) on July 22, 2025, at the Minglanilla Sports Complex.

The event marks a renewed commitment to tackle child stunting and malnutrition across Central Visayas.
A flagship initiative under NNC’s Early Childhood Care and Development in the First 1000 Days (ECCD-F1 KD) strategy, the program targets pregnant women and children aged 6 to 23 months—a crucial developmental period that shapes lifelong health and cognitive outcomes.
