Health equity blueprint: How a province (LGUs) can deliver free healthcare for all

"The bold promise to deliver free healthcare for all across the province captures the heart of a people-centered agenda.

In a time when many families still struggle with the high cost of medical care, the bold promise/vision to deliver free healthcare for all across the province/LGUs offers hope.

Achieving “free healthcare for all” doesn’t mean a blank check.

It means a smart, well-balanced system where the most vulnerable are protected and those who can afford to contribute, do so— in a way that supports the system and uplifts everyone.

To succeed, it must be built on sustainability/inclusivity/ and strategic planning.

The future of healthcare must be efficient/compassionate/ dignified/accountable and sustainable.

A Dual-System of Care: Equity in Access is at the heart of the plan built for fairness/ financial sustainability.

Indigent patients (identified via DSWD/PhilHealth/ barangay certification) will receive completely free medical cal care/outpatient consults/diagnostics/hospital stays/medications/ emergency services.

Paying patients may access the same government services at subsidized rates, significantly cheaper than private providers to ensure no one is turned away, while still generating revenue to improve/maintain operations.
