I take pride in being patient when it comes to maintaining harmonious relationships, particularly when it involves family.

True, conflicts can sometimes be a heavy burden, and the tirades can be sickening, but I tend to deal with them gracefully to avoid severing familial ties.

Generally, I just take things in stride, firm in the belief that things will be okay in the long run.

However, there was recently a matter that was more unbearable than usual - punches were blown below the belt, so to speak.

I felt beaten, battered, and bleeding, like the inner core of my heart was having a fever.

To save myself, I decided to just sever ties. Cut it clean.

What I did was worth my while, and this was affirmed by a video which I came by on YouTube, which had this to say:
