Cebu-based vlogger Ronie Suan, known for his social media name as “Boy Tapang,” addressed allegations of physical abuse lodged against him by his live-in partner that resulted in his detention at the Alcoy Municipal Police Station on Tuesday, April 1.

“Yung problema namin napakalit lang talaga. Problemang mag-partner lang talaga. Nag away kami. Yung sinabi nila na binugbog ko yung partner ko, hindi totoo yan. Kung partner ko, kasama ko yan dito nakulong ako, bantayan niya ako. Kahit iharap ko ang partner ko, wala kayong makitang sugat sa mukha niya, pasa sa mukha niya, bali-baling buto. Napakaganda nang kutis ng misis ko. Walang bugbog nangyari, wala kayong makita,” said Suan, in an interview with the media yesterday.
