I was fortunate to attend the recent Aberfeldy Whisky Masterclass, held at the Vault Room of Oakridge Business Park in Mandaue City, Cebu. The invitation came from Wine & Spirits Sommelier Catherine Medici-Seniedo, which included my good friend and former veterinary student, Dr. Patrick Pangilinan. Now, we are classmates, excuse me, in the whisky masterclass.
