Archival not keen on moving CH to SRP

While talks are being laid out by the previous and current administrations, Councilor Nestor Archival Sr. sees no viability yet in transferring the Cebu City Hall to the South Road Properties (SRP) due to the lack of transportation going to the area.

Archival, who is vying for the mayoral post this midterm election, said this in a video he posted on his Facebook page. In the video, Archival said there are many underlying factors as to why the transfer to SRP will not be viable with the current urban structure of the city.

Secondly, Archival said that the P500 million budget appropriation for its construction in the area will not be limited to that amount, adding that it may possibly reach up to P3 billion.
