Dy registrar faces probe over unauthorised NOC

A day after the Registrar of Cooperative Societies issued a circular following the Bombay High Court’s directions prohibiting the acceptance or processing of any proposals or applications for No Objection Certificates (NOCs) related to the redevelopment of cooperative housing societies, sources in the department confirmed that Deputy Registrar Adinath Dagade had issued the NOC or the redevelopment of a housing society in H (West) Ward (Bandra).
