Canara Bank to launch IPO of Canara Robeco AMC

Canara Bank has in principle approved initiation of the listing process of Canara Robeco Asset Management Co Ltd, through an initial public offering, the bank said in an exchange filing.

Canara Robeco AMC is the mutual fund subsidiary of the bank.
The mode of listing is yet to be decided by the bank.
