The Free Press Journal - Mumbai
|December 09, 2025

According to the IJR, the other non-responsive states are Jharkhand, Manipur, Tripura and Uttar Pradesh. Without basic data on infrastructure, staffing or utilisation of funds, the IJR says Tamil Nadu “shared almost nothing”.
