Sasikala Natarajan, a former general secretary of the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam and once a close aide of former chief minister J Jayalalithaa, used New Year greetings on Th ursday to deliver a pointed political message, asserting that dynastic governance in Tamil Nadu would give way to what she described as a pe ople-led administration.
