Financial support scheme for destitute women

35.78 lakh beneficiaries received 1000 rs per month
The Uttar Pradesh administration has disbursed pensions to 35.78 lakh destitute women in the first quarter of the financial year 2025-26, transferring Rs 3,000 each directly into their bank accounts through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
This initiative aims to provide vital financial support to women facing hardship after losing their spouses.
