Why true happiness begins with self-realization

Attaining True Happiness is not really a secret, but in the noise of daily life, people miss it. Though we all know how to be happy, the demands of fast-paced living, constant stress, and endless responsibilities keep us distracted.

Why true happiness begins with self-realization

WHAT IS TRUE HAPPINESS?

True Happiness is a simple yet profound concept. It is not found in wealth, success, recognition, or fame. These material pleasures may give us a momentary sense of joy, but they are fleeting and temporary. Success fades, recognition shifts, and pleasures vanish as quickly as they appear. Once gone, they often leave behind emptiness, anxiety, or discontent.

On the path of spirituality, I discovered that True Happiness is something deeper. It is not external but internal. It is a state of being, not of becoming. To be truly happy means to rest in peace, joy, and awareness irrespective of external circumstances. It is everlasting because it is rooted in self-realization and not in the changing world.

Interestingly, I also realized that we have been spelling Happiness wrong. True Happiness must have three Ps, not two. These three Ps represent the three peaks of Happiness: Pleasure, Peace, and Purpose. One must experience all three peaks to reach True Everlasting Happiness.
