Ukrainian Prez warns of Russia, North Korea's malign alliance

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed concerns about the growing “malign” alliance between Russia and North Korea, which could potentially escalate the ongoing war between Ukraine and Russia.
