Running is the best exercise to stay fit as compared to other exercises.

Running is the best exercise to stay fit as compared to other exercises. Running is a very simple and quick-acting exercise. No special technique is required for running, but it is still very important to be careful. This not only controls weight but also the effect of aging is seen on you late. In today's comfortable lifestyle, people do not have time for exercise. In such a situation, running is the best exercise. Running not only strengthens the muscles, but also keeps the body fit.
This is what Vishnu Tak, a runner from Jaipur, says. Vishnu has created a world record by participating in more than 500 online and offline marathons so far. Vishnu Tak says that he is 57 years old, but regular running has made this age just a number. Vishnu says that he has also participated in about 50 international virtual marathons.
