Monkey Bar, Bandra Introduces a Limited Edition 'Zero Waste Cocktails Menu' for Earth Day

This Earth Day, Monkey Bar, Bandra is raising a toast to sustainability with a limited-edition zero-waste cocktail menu that runs from April 22nd to April 30th.

Crafted by Harish Chhimwal, Lead Mixologist with care and creativity, the menu is designed to honor our planet by rethinking waste and celebrating ingredients in their entirety—peels, pulp, seeds, and all.
Each cocktail on this special menu is an exercise in thoughtful consumption, smart technique, and delicious results. "Everything we use comes from the Earth. It's only fair we use it to the fullest," says Harish. "As mixologists, this also pushes us to explore our craft in new and exciting ways by creating something exciting out of by-products."
