Just let go – but how?

The burden we carry within is of our own creation.

It may be there just as a backdrop to life, or it may be uppermost in the mind, but we would all be travelling lighter if we could just identify what it is and let it go. We know this burden is obstructing the flow of life, when too many obstacles come along and things go wrong and there is resistance from ourselves, or from others. It is like driving a car with the handbrake on. Every thought we have and every action we carry out hassome kind of creative power; we are creating all the time, through our habitual thought patterns, our unexamined beliefs about the self or about life, or the way we speak to ourselves about how our life is unfolding.
