HC seeks reply on PIL against education commercialisation

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday has issued notices to the Delhi Government, CBSE, and NCERT in response to a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed against the commercialisation of education and the alleged exclusion of students from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS).
The Bench of the Chief Justice DK Upadhyaya and Tushar Rao Gedela will hear the matter next on November 12.
The PIL has been filed by Jasmeet Singh Sahni, Director of Doon School, through advocate Satyam Singh Rajput.
