Flavourful Navratri Delights: Sabudana Poha & Mirchi Vada

Two such delightful vrat-friendly dishes are Sabudana Poha with Beetroot & Coconut Salad and Mirchi Vada, both crafted to bring taste, tradition, and nutrition to your fasting menu.

Sabudana Poha with beetroot and coconut salad

Ingredients:
Sabudana: 50 gms
Chopped Green Chilli: 1/2 tsp
Chopped Ginger: 1/2 tsp
Chopped Coriander: 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seed: 1 tsp
Curry Leaves: 1 tsp
Chopped Tomatoes: 20 gms
Salt (senda namak/varat namak): as per taste
Haldi: 1/2 tsp
Cashewnut (04 pcs): 30 gms
Raisin: 30 gms
Oil: 50 ml

For Beet root and coconut salad:
Blanched beetroot cubes: 100 gms
Lemon juice (optional): 1 tsp
