EPFO Keeps Rate at 8.25% for 2024-25

The Central Board of Trustees of the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has recommended continuing with the interest rate of 8.25 per cent on Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) deposits for the financial year 2024-25.
The decision was taken during the 237th meeting of the Central Board of Trustees (CBT), EPF, chaired by Union Labour and Employment Minister Mansukh.
Mandaviya in New Delhi on Friday.
According to an official statement, the interest rate will be officially notified by the government, after which EPFO will credit the amount to the subscribers’ accounts.
